Pics of Arne's bread!! An amazing bakery!! Arne bakes delicious cakes and breads. Arne's bakery will open one day near fish market next my Korean cafe I hope;))

My favorite Norwegian Lunch so far.

Warm Fish cake with Arne's home made Bread with a bit of mustard on. One fish cake is about 15 Kr, esp from the shop near fish market is the best fish shop in town( Arne: thanks for the tip!!). I have tried other fish cakes in a various place but they are not as good as the one I had from near fish market shop.

Korean food recipes by popular demand in Bergen!!

Lettuce, chives for Bulgogi, Japche(mixed vegetables with sweet potatoes Noodle: bought by Anne from NY), rice, & Soup(from the left)

Here is Information about Korean food dishes with free recipes in English I found from Internet the otherday. We had the Japche, Bulgogi and the soup- in bwtn Dwenjang and Miso soup!! the soup was completely diaster with wrong seaweed but was edible!!

Change=Death why?

Why is this Picture reminds Mr. Sudoku of Change and Death.The person on the pics (is a Philosopher and a friend of Mr Sudoku, i met him in person)which was posted in Seoul in 2007. But depsite this picture, why is it death and change? but Imagine If I put a pic of my Korean friend with the title of Death, it would be so offensive!!

Olaf: I know so well its joke but this kind of my attitude might be coming from the idea of traditional confucianism context in Korea. read this.

The other morning I went to see student's flea market at the Bergen academy. got really nice books, bags, muffler( will keep me warm for a while) and a mat to role rice with seaweed. they almost for Free!!
