Kjetil got the first fish but not for cat this time.

Look at the size of the Norwegian Pollock!! this must be the type of fish mostly used for fish ball, fish buger and salted and dried one ... Pollock must be same as Saengtae in Korea. we often make Saengte chiggae with Garli, Radish, spring onion and chile powder.

and Arne got more Fish from Ocean. YEI!!.. a big flat fish and cod!


First white fish by Kjetil-cod sasimi we had with mushroom sauce(usually we eat with soya sauce) and Korean seaweed, was really good. I really missed Korean gochujang and wasabi sauce for this fresh raw fish...

I went Fishing trip & National Day!!

It's really the day for kids!!
Kids are allowed to eat the ice cream as much as like?! not suprised!!
Kaus's mother with traditional costume. I'm thankful that she did let us stay in her house and her neighbor's who lives near. it was perfect exmaple of "the neighboring house" or a situation pretty much like ealier time not like these days at all. .. I'm also thankful to all the members of flaggfabriken who organised this trip!!

View of the Fjord from the house garden where we stayed! we are in the south west coast near Sunde? it think, about 2hrs away from Bergen. we also had to take a ferru and passenger boat to cross fjords with our car.

Kaus looks O.K as you can see his smile here. this pic taken ONE day after his way too Serious MMA(mixed martial arts) performance. i really should say that his performance was best performance peice i' ve ever seen in my life. BUT did i get shock or what? cos we all went out for beer but i didnt feel like drinking at all or not even socializing after seeing his Real performance. actually i had to really come home and relax... means his performance must have done something to ME i must admit!!

I often visit Hunjang's blog and Korea related blog written in English...today I found this great site of Traditional music from Korea Enjoy Traditional Korean music!!

I ate Fish Tongue fist time ever.

Hilde is frying-Fish tongue had a bit of flour on and fried with butter and salt.

Hilde invited me for dinner with her friend called Anne and her family. It was the first time I tried fish tongues. The thing I was most happy about was the fish actually came from her father who is sailpr up north Norway..It was really taste!!

You can also see the mashed potatoes, fresh Carrots and fried onions to go with butterly fried fish tongue.

I had Sunny Sunday in Bergen!!
